A system has been provided to enter covid vaccination status for self and dependants (screenshot attached) . It is requested to please fill the form with the exact date of your vaccine taken. This will help Management to know the vaccination status . Link has been given at MIS2 > Web Applications > COVID19 Vaccination Status.
