CIRCULAR

Please refer to our earliar Circulars dated 20.12.2014,25.05.2015 & 16.07.2015 regarding UAN. The Employees Provident Fund organisation (EPFO) has allotted Universal Account Number (UAN) to each PF/Pension Member. Every member can log in by using Members' Portal (link attached) for various facilities such as UAN card download, updating KYC information, attaching all his/her member IDs to UAN if transferred from other Unit/s, filing of claim and view transfer claim etc. To use all these facilities member has to ACTIVATE his/her UAN registration. The UAN of emplyees are activated by employer and massage for login ID and password has already been sent to your registered Mobile No. from EPFO.

Those employees who have failed to download UAN Card, please download your UAN Card immediately . The UAN user manual is attached for convenience. UAN number is available in Provident Fund Screen under EIS module in HRMS. For any further clarification please contact Sri Suresh Pathak, HR Officer, Phone No.4764, Personnel Section. Activation of UAN No. is essential.

Login ID is UAN No. only of all the members.
