Inclusion of Passport details in the employee data bank of HRMS*

As per the Head Office guidelines communicated vide IOC No.HO/Pers/Estt/88 dated 6th May, 2011, there is a provision in Establishment Module of HRMS to make necessary entries of Passport Number of employees alongwith expiry date in the establishment module.

All employees, who are holding valid passport are, therefore, requested to intimate the Passport Number alongwith expiry date of the same for making necessary entry in the establishment module of HRMS. Further, it will also facilitate Head Office to find out the passport holders for business purpose, without wasting time to find out the details from the Unit concerned. You are requested to communite the details by email to Shri G.Purushothaman, DM (HR) or Shri Dinesh Agrawal, Sr.Officer (HR), at the earliest, but before 20th May, 2011.
