IFFCO Paradeep wins 1st Position in Inter Unit Innovation & Creativity Meet held at FMDI, Gurgaon*

Inter Unit Innovation and Creativity Meet was held at FMDI, Gurgaon on 1st & 2nd May 2012. I am delighted to inform that Paradeep Unit won the First Place in Suggestion Performance for the year 2011-12. Attached is the photo of the trophy received. The prize was given by our Respected Director (HR & Legal ) Shri R P Singh in a glittering ceremony.

Everybody praised our unit for our incredible all round performance last year.

In this meet, Chief Coordinators of each unit presented the suggestion performanceof their respective unit and then individual employees sent from each unit and marketing division presented their award winning accepted suggestions.

From our unit, Shri K K Singh, Asst. Manager (Power), Shri Gaurav Shukla, Asst. Manager (Power), Shri P K Rout, Chief Operator (SAP), Shri S K S Kuswaha, Chief Operator (SAP) and Shri Bidhu Bhushan Nayak, Asst. Tech. Mech., (PAP) participated in the contest and gave extremely good presentations on their award winning suggestions.

All of you would be extremely pleased to know that Shri K K Singh won the first position in the Best Suggestion Award for his suggestion on providing sleeves of SS 310 on all 4 studs of each coal feed nozzle of boiler to avoid erosion of the stud and subsequent breakdowns.
