In view of smooth working of your computer system it is requested to do the followings.
1. For any kind of computer problem pls. lodge complaint in MIS . This will keep track of your complaint history. Though telephonically it is possible to resolve the issues , but for sake of keeping record and authentic lodging of complaints always use MIS.
2. Insist on taking backup of your local machine from time to time . Our FM/AMC people will do the job. Again lodge a request for this to keep track.
3. Preventive maintenance of computer is done once in every quarter as a normal practice. Pls. insist on cleaning as and when required. Specially plant people are requested to have regular cleaning .
4. Earthing is an important factor for smooth running of computer. Pls. insist for good earthing so that your PC does not malfunction.
