In pursuit of making paper less office, another Work flow Application for Outdoor duty permission /permission for Time loss has been developed in HRMS which will be implemented from 1.6.2016.

Employees can apply online for Outdoor Duty Permission / Time loss through work flow in EIS. The communication for sanction/rejection will automatically be communicated through SMS to individual employee and attendance will also be auto-updated in Time Office Module.

All are advised to adopt the above system for Outdoor duty/Time loss and no manual application will be entertained after the above mentioned date. (User Manual for this Workflow application is attached for assistance.)
