Workflow Application- Education Loan*

We have received the following message from HO for kind information of all.

Quote: "
In pursuit of computerization another workflow application for Education Loan has been developed, which has been made available in Work Flow Applications in HRMS.

Under this system, the employee will submit the application online, giving all the required details If the application fulfills the required eligibility conditions then the system will accept the form. Otherwise, the system will generate a pop up indicating as to which eligibility condition is not being fulfilled. If application is accepted, this will in turn generate a sequence number and thereafter, a print out of the application along with the relevant documents pertaining to Course, Educational Institute, Fees etc will have to be sent to the HR department for further processing for sanction. After approval of Education Loan an auto generated SMS will go to employee in this respect.

Thus this workflow application will make the Education Loan application/sanctioning process smoother and speedier.

This Work Flow Application will be implemented w.e.f 12.10.2016.
