Submission of Aadhar Card by employees*

We have received the following message from HO for information and necessary action by all concerned:

QUOTE
Most of the employees of IFFCO have been allotted Universal Account Number (UAN) under UAN programme by The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). Employees may see their UAN no in Provident Fund details screen in Employes Information System (EIS). The EPFO has further directed us to upload Aadhar Card number issued by Unique Identification Authority of India as Know Your Customer (KYC) details under (UAN) Programme. Therefore, all the employees are requested to submit a photocopy of Aadhar Card to HR Section of the Unit latest by 02/12/2014 so that the same could be uploaded in HRMS and would be made available in EIS. While submitting copy of Aadhar Card please write your Personal Number and mobile number on its right hand corner.


Employees who don't have Aadhar card are also requested to inform the HR Section by email to 'ranganathan@iffco.in' and in their own interest get it made within a period of three months.
