Further to the trailing mail, the sectional heads are kindly requested to ensure that the staff of their plant are distributed equally in the two batches so as to avoid overcrowding in any one particular time-slot.

With reference to the Refresher classes held for the officers and employees in various plants, online objective type tests will be conducted in systems Training hall from 1 PM TO 5 PM as per the following schedule for Officers in  H1 to F1 grade.

All Sectional Heads are requested to communicate this Schedule to the officers working in thier sections so as to enable the Officers to attend the Online test positively. For the online test to be conducted from 18/08/14, the schedule will be intimated shortly.
