HEALTH CHECKUP OF EMPLOYEES*

CIRCULAR


This is for the information of all employees of IFFCO Paradeep Unit, that health checkup programme has been organized at Kalinga Hospital BBSR. A total number of twenty employees shall be traveling for checkup everyday starting from 1st January 2010 (Excluding Sundays & Holidays). The mode of travel shall be by morning train from Paradeep to Cuttack , from where a specially arranged bus shall be taking them to Kalinga Hospital. After checkup , the return shall be by the same mode (BBSR to Cuttack by bus and Cuttack to Paradeep by evening Train ).

The breakfast and Lunch will be provided by Kalinga Hospital.All employee shall be granted one day special leave for the above purpose. All are requested to contact their respective H.O.D.s/ Section Heads in order to know their scheduled date of checkup. HODs / Section Heads are requested to send them accordingly.

Honouring the age old adage ‘HEALTH IS WEALTH’ we call upon all the employees of our Unit to fully cooperate with us in this mission for making the unit a healthy and hearty one.
* Each employee has to produce their identity card at Kalinga Hospital
* The reporting time at Kalinga Hospital is 10 A.M, on empty stomach.
* Datewise health checkup schedule of employees is attached herewith.
* If anyone fails to undergo check-up as per the schedule , He/She may not get a chance again for this year.
