This is in reference to the Circular dated 02.07.2010 on the subject.

Systems Deptt. has now made a provision for online leave application at MIS > Web Applications > Workflow Application > Leave.

In view of the same applications for all kinds of leave will now onwards be accepted through online process only and no paper application will be entertained for the same. Sickness leave shall also be applied through online process. However, fitness certificate should be submitted to Time Office. Mention the Personal Number and Document Serial No. generated through work flow for leave on the Fitness certificate.

Please contact Systems Deptt. in case of any problem during login or filling up the form.

In this regard all employees are requested to apply for leave through On-line Application only.

HODs / Sectional Heads are requested to ensure wide circulation of the information for complaince of the same .
