Never Expired :
Yes
We have received the following message from H.O. for compliance by all.
QUOTE:
While reviewing the reasons for certain positive cases of Corona cropping up in the Units, it was learnt that Weddings/ physical meetings and frequent travelling to nearby infected towns / cities could be some of the reasons for this spread.
It is therefore advised that Physical meetings of Unions, Associations, Clubs/ Ladies Clubs, Temple Committees etc. must be avoided. As far as possible, meetings should be conducted on V C only. If it becmes inescapable to hold meetings in physical forms, please ensure that a distance of at least 2 yards is maintained between one participant and another.
No eatables shoud be served in these meetings. Duration of such meetings should not be more than 15 Minutes and number of participants should not be more than five.
Wedding is a matter of personal choice and convenience and is also influenced by auspiscious timing. Hence, we are not advising postponement. However, please ensure that only close relatives and family members attend such functions with proper mask and social distancing. Please keep in mind that 50 is the outer limit for attending weddings. It is for us to voluntarily restrain ourselves and contain the number of participants far below 50. Use of common serving spoons for taking food which are touched by many people, are a major source of infection. Packed food may be a better option. Birthday parties and other minor social functions etc., must not be organized by employees during these difficult times.
Immunity boosters in the form of “Kadha” should be taken regularly. While the management is trying its best to make it available to employees at workplace, the best course would be to make it and take it at home and not to depend on the Organization for such things.
It has also been reported that some ex-employees residing in IFFCO Townships, make frequent visits to nearby towns that are heavily infected. Such ex-employees may be advised to vacate the Township.
It is better to be extra cautious than to be over confident.
Stay Safe, take precautions and care.
