We have received the following guidelines from HO on the subject mentioned above.

Dear Users

While sending Deepawali Greetings through e-mail, Please follow the points given below.
  1. Please send the Text messages only.
  2. Please do not send / forward heavy attachments in the mail.
  3. Please do not send Pictures and Movie files in the mail or Flashy greetings.
  4. Please do not send the mail to everybody, Only send the mails to whom you know.
  5. Please do not select confirm delivery and return receipt options while sending the greetings.
  6. Please Do not use Reply with history option to reply the messages with pictures and movie files

This will help us to reduce the load on the mail system & network and faster delivery of the mails to users.

N. B. One day salary of the user will be deducted who will not adhere to the above guidelines. This has been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
