The issues in Inventory Module have been resolved as given below.

1) Misc. Receipt/Misc. Issue :

Issue

: Sometimes user are transacting misc receipt/misc issue for contractors (giving reason code M001 to M005) without giving any reference of WO No. /Move Order Ref. etc. in the line DFF. This is creating problem during accounting process. It is required to make WO No. /Move Order ref. mandatory in case reason code is between M001 to M005 .

Reply :- A personalization has been done in Miscellaneous transaction screen to restrict Reason codes M001 to M005, Except for the case of ISRV.

2) KARDEX Report : Move Order Requester P.No to be shown in the report.

Reply :-

Move Order requestor P.NO.,Name added in Kardex Report..

3) At present Indentor is able to procure item in repaired code and the new item is getting stock charged in repaired code and also the item value is getting expensed out as per rule , being treated as a repaired item. It is required to restrict procurement of repaired item in the requisition .

Reply :-

Purchasable Flag is set to 'NO' for all repaired item.It will restrict creation of requisition of repaired items.We will change accordingly in Item Codification system for New items.

4) With ref. to screenshot given below, transaction type in header & detail are different. This should be restricted.

Reply :- A personalization has been done in move order screen to restrict change in transaction Type at header level.User Need to re-open the screen if he selects the wrong transaction type at header level.
