We have received following message from HO on the above subject for information of all:
QUOTE:
The HRD Department is pleased to announce the conduct of series of IFFCO ONLINE SMART-MIND QUIZ for the employees of IFFCO starting from September, 2019 which will cover subjects spanning business, marketing, IT, management, IFFCO, HR etc.
It will be held on
FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH at 1500
hrs. sharp and the first such quiz will be held on
6
th
September, 2019 (Friday) at 1500 hrs.
The quiz is aimed at stimulating the learning curve of participants and hone their skill in lateral thinking and decision making within time constraint.
The following is the format of QUIZ:
PARTICIPANTS:
1. Any employee of IFFCO can participate in the
ONLINE
Quiz in individual capacity.
2. It will be an individual event (not the team event).
QUIZ :
1. There will be 30 multiple choice questions and the participant shall click only one option.
2. The quiz will start sharp at 1500 hrs. and close at 1515 hrs.
3. The quiz can be attempted on individual desk itself over mobile, desktop or laptop with internet facility (3G/4G)
PROCESS:
1. The quiz link will be activated at 1500 hrs. sharp on 6
th
September, 2019 where upon the employee will have to first login by entering
Personal Number & Name
and then click on the
START BUTTON
to initiate Online Quiz.
2. It may be noted that the login screen for the quiz can be opened till 1505 hrs. only where after no one will be able to login. The participants are therefore advised to open the quiz link by 1455 hrs. and wait for the quiz to become active at 1500 hrs.
3. The questions will appear one-by-one on the screen.
4. There will be no option of going back to the previous question. However, the participant can skip the question and move to the next question.
MISC:
1. There is no need to separately register for participation in this online quiz.
2. All questions carry equal marks.
3. There is no negative marking.
4. No supervision is required.
5. Participants are expected to attempt the online quiz in all fairness and integrity without any outside help.
REWARD:
The overall high scorer in all the monthly quizzes will be given wildcard entry in the GRAND FINALE of 9
th
ALL INDIA IFFCO INTER UNIT MANAGEMENT QUIZ 2020 which will be held in one of the Plants.
The right answers along with the explanation, if any, shall be provided to all on subsequent day.
