Submission of medical bills by employees - Financial year 2012-13 closing*

All the employees are requested to submit their pending medical bills for self and dependant family members (Normal and SMS) for reimbursement positively by 15th March, 2013. This will enable us to verify , process and to make the payment in due course of time before closing of the current financial year 2012-13. Medical expenditure that will be incurred after 15th March, 2013 should be submitted by 29th March, 2013.

All employees are requested to settle the advance amount on medical ground (if taken) latest by 29th March, 2013. All HODs/SHs are also requested to pass on the information to all employees working under them.
