Enclosed please find the details of Mock Drill with respects to Siren Code & Assembly Points (Mock drill on 6th Nov'09) for your kind information.

Please inform all the employees (Including Contractors workforce) to follow the same.

Security Deptt will sound the siren as per enclosed Code after receiving the Incidence information from Main Site Controller(Unit Head).

P&A will inform Govt officials for above Mock Drill with respect to Ammonia release on phone from ECC(Emergency Contro Centre).

During Emergency the Factory Gate remains open for Entry of Outside help like Fire Tenders, Govt Officials, Doctors,Ambulence etc
& restricts the outgoing people at Assembly point at Gate till "All clear siren" is sounded.

Factory Gate incharges(Both) also guide Outside help/Govt officials to reach at ECC .

The roads are kept clear for movement of Fire Tenders, Ambulences, Govt Vehicles & Vehicles of Unit Head and Employees engaged in Emergency Control.
