CIRCULAR This is for information of all employees that all the pending medical bills for reimbursement( SMS & Normal ) is to be submitted by 20/03/2025.Medicines purchased /treatment taken after 20/03/2025 will be submitted by 25/03/2025, so that the processing and reimbursement can be made before the closure of the current financial year i.e., 31/03/2025. Advance amount in form of cheque/cash if taken on medical ground and not settled, to be settled during this period. This can be treated as most urgent and we need your sincere cooperation for completion of this financial task. For any clarifications please contact as below.
