Downtime from 5:00 AM to 08.00 AM at Mumbai Datacenter on 19-May-24 (Sunday)

Software Applications including DESPATCH, PHAST, EIS, HRMS, PMMS, HME will remain down tomorrow (Sunday) i.e. 19-May-24 from 5:00 AM to 08:00 AM. However, Email, Internet and Applications hosted at Plant-Cloud Server like Production Reporting System, Lab Analysis Reporting System will be available to all users. Cooperation of all is highly solicited. With Regards, ------------------------ G.Sivashankar DGM (IT Services) Paradeed Unit Ph: 4884 M-9937294601 ****** Received following message from IT Services, Head Office: ****** A Downtime of 3 hours from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM on 19th May '2024 Sunday is scheduled for applying the Quarterly Infra ExaCS patches with Grid 19.22 at Mumbai Datacenter. During this period, all Business Applications (HRMS, e-VIKAS, EIS, POMS, PLANT DISPATCH, EBS , JV Applications and NANO plant applications) hosted at Mumbai Datacenter will not be available to the users. However, plants local applications hosted on Hyderabad Datacenter will not be affected. Patching activity will start on 18th May, Saturday at 10:30 PM. Most of the activities will be in rolling fashion i.e., node by node, which will not impact users. However, complete downtime will be there from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM on 19th May (Sunday) as mentioned above. Kindly communicate to all the concerned users of your Units & Marketing Offices for planning their activities accordingly. This is with the consent of Director (ITS).
