Dear Sirs, We have received one Letter No-ITBA/COM/F/17/2023-24/1058817658(1) from Government of India, Ministry of Finance , Income Tax Deptt, PCCIT , Odisha directing IFFCO to circulate the attached notice among all the employees to recheck the deductions/ exemptions claims and to file Revised /Updated Income Tax Return before the last date as mentioned in the letter to avoid Penalty & Prosecution Provisions . It is requested to inform everyone in your department/ section to recheck the deductions/ exemptions claimed and to file Revised /Updated Income Tax Return ( if necessary ) before the last date to avoid unwanted penalty.
