Downtime of Plant-Cloud Applications on 28-Jan-24 from 5 to 8 am

Applications hosted at Plant-Cloud Server like Production Reporting System, Lab Analysis Reporting System etc will not be available for 3 hrs from 5 AM to 8 AM on 28-Jan-2024. However Email, Internet and Applications hosted in Mumbai Datacenter like DESPATCH, PHAST, EIS, HRMS, PMMS, HME will be available. Cooperation of all is highly solicited. Sivashankar DGM (IT Services) M-9937294601 Ph: 4884 ****** Received following message from IT Services, Head Office: ****** A Downtime of 3 hrs from 5.00 AM to 8.00 AM on 28th Jan '2024 Sunday has been planned for applying the Quarterly Infra patches (ExaCS with Grid 19.21) at Hyderabad Datacenter. During this period, Plant production applications hosted at Hyderabad Datacentre will not be available to the users. Patching activity will start on 27th Jan, Saturday at 10:30 PM and will continue for next 12 hours approximately. Most of the activities will be in rolling fashion i.e node by node, which will not impact users. However, complete outage will be there during 5.00 AM to 8.00 AM on 28th Jan (Sunday) as mentioned above. All other Production applications like Legacy Global applications (HRMS, e-VIKAS, Plant Dispatch, POMS, EIS etc) , EBS, JV and NANO Production hosted at Mumbai Datacenter will not be affected during this activity. All are requested to communicate to the concerned users of your Units for planning their activities accordingly. This is with the Consent of Director (ITS).
