Booking of train tickets for employees proceeding on official tour

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance our administrative processes, we are pleased to inform you that, effective 15.12.2023, the booking of train tickets for employee tours will be centralized and managed by P&A department. This decision has been made to ensure a more efficient and organized approach to travel arrangements for our employees. P&A will be responsible for coordinating train ticket bookings in accordance with each employee's entitlement and travel requirements. Employees planning to go on an official tour should submit their approved tour programme/ recommended tour program from HOD through mail to P&A department well in advance. This will allow sufficient time for the necessary arrangements to be made. For any queries or assistance related to train ticket bookings, employees may reach out to the P&A department directly.
