Workshops for physical and mental wellbeing at Paradeep Unit - Extension of Dates

Dear All, In the post- covid situation with the motto to focus on the physical and mental wellbeing of employees in plants, it is proposed to conduct wellness workshops at IFFCO Paradeep unit. Shri Beni Kinha, is a renowned Consultant- Life Skill, Mental & Physical Health and Corporate Spirituality who conducts workshops in the brand name of “NECTAR FACTOR”. After discussion with Shri Beni Kinha, the proposed dates for conducting workshops are as mentioned below. a. Workshop 1: 16th to 18th May’22 : 'Mind- Misery to Contentment’- A Complete Stress Management Journey. (03 days) Participants- 20 Plant Officers along with / without spouse. b. Workshop 2: 19th to 21st May’22 : ‘Human Architecture’– Shaama Yoga (03 days) Participants- 20 Plant Workmen along with / without spouse. Interested candidates may submit their names in the attached format, after due consent from their respective SH/HoD to Sh. K.P. Nanda, SM(trg.), email-id: kpnanda@iffco.in before 05th May, 2022. Candidates will be finalised to participate in the workshop on first come first serve basis.
