Circular on health check up at Apollo Hospital.

This is for the information of all Employees that, the APOLLO Health Check-up new schedule date 28/11/2023-16/12/2023 is attached. This time only 12 persons including spouses have been posted for health Checkup on a single day. A small Bus(15-seater) has been arranged and you all are requested to report early at Township Hospital, so that the bus can leave sharp at 06:00 AM You all should stick to your own schedule provided. In extreme emergency, you can have a mutual change. The schedule is provided for next 10 days and gradually further lists will be circulated. Medical Department will not make any intimation call individually as a reminder. Hence employees should take the responsibility of contacting the Medical Dept. and confirm their visit to APOLLO Hospital as per the schedule. Already done Health Check Up Reports are available from Dt- 03.10.23 – 28.10.23 in township Hospital. Kindly collect your reports and consult with the doctors during OPD hours.
