This is for the information of all Employees that, the APOLLO Health Check-up will be resuming from tomorrow , dated 17-11-2023 This time only 12 persons including spouses have been posted for health Checkup on a single day. A small Bus(15-seater) has been arranged and you all are requested to report early at Township Hospital, so that the bus can leave sharp at 06:00 AM You all should stick to your own schedule provided. In extreme emergency, you can have a mutual change. The schedule is provided for next 10 days and gradually further lists will be circulated. Medical Department will not make any intimation call individually as a reminder. Hence employees should take the responsibility of contacting the Medical Dept. and confirm their visit to APOLLO Hospital as per the schedule. Health Check Up Reports are available from Dt- 03.10.23 – 28.10.23 in township Hospital. Kindly collect your reports and consult with the doctors during OPD hours.
