The full and final list of Health Check-Up Schedule is attached herewith w.e.f. 02/11/2023-07/12/2023 except on Sundays & Holidays. Sorry to Inform you that, the health check-up scheduled dates already circulated for 21.10.23, 23.10.23 and 25.10.23 is cancelled during Dusshera Holidays (as per the information received today from Apollo Hospitals, BBSR). The afore-mentioned dates have been rescheduled for 05.12.2023, 06.12023 and 07.12.23 respectively.
