Health checkup at Apollo Hospital, BBSR 1. This is for the information of all employees that a health check-up programme for those who are over 45 (as on Sep 15, 2023) and their spouses has been organised at Apollo Hospital, BBSR, beginning 3rd October 2023. 2. 20-25 people must travel daily for health check-ups using the IFFCO bus service, which will be made available for this purpose. 3. Every day, except for Sundays and holidays, the bus will leave from the township hospital at precisely 6:30 a.m. 4. You must report there on an empty stomach and have your IFFCO ID card and Aadhar card with you. Apollo Hospital will serve breakfast and lunch. 5. Employees with medical conditions are urged to carry their previous reports, records, and medications with them. 6. Employees are requested to submit the cell phone no. and email id at our hospital which will be required by Apollo Hospital for filling the health checkup form. 7. The circular will have a day-by-day schedule. All sec-heads are requested to inform the staff and release them in accordance with the schedule.
