Downtime at Mumbai Datacenter on 17-Sep-2023 from 3:30 AM to 07.30 AM

Applications including DESPATCH, ERP, PHAST, EIS, HRMS, PMMS, HME,BPS will remain down tomorrow i.e. 17/09/23 from 3:30 AM to 07:30 AM. However, Email, Internet and Applications hosted at Plant-Cloud like Production Reporting System, Lab Analysis Reporting System will be available to all users. Cooperation of all is highly solicited. Thanks &Regards Venkateshwarlu Thokala Ch.Manager(I.T Services) IFFCO Paradeep ****** Received following message from IT Services, Head Office: ****** A Downtime of 4 hrs from 3.30 AM to 7.30 AM on 17th September '2023 Sunday (i.e. intervening night of 16th Sep 23 and 17th Sep 23) has been planned for applying the Quarterly Infra patches on OCI ExaCS Infra at Mumbai Datacentre. During this period, all Business Applications (HRMS, e-VIKAS, EIS, POMS, PLANT DISPATCH, EBS , JV Applications and NANO plant applications) hosted at Mumbai Datacentre will not be available to the users. However, plants local applications hosted on Hyderabad Datacentre will not be affected. Patching activity will start on 16th September, Saturday at 10:30 PM. Most of the activities will be in rolling fashion i.e node by node, which will not impact users. However, complete outage will be there during 3.30 AM to 7.30 AM on 17th September (Sunday) as mentioned above. All are requested to communicate to the concerned users of your Units & Marketing for planning their activities accordingly. This is with the Consent of Director (ITS).
