Downtime at Mumbai Datacenter on 10-Sep-2023 from 3:00 AM to 06.00 AM

Applications including DESPATCH, PHAST, EIS, HRMS, PMMS, HME will remain down tomorrow i.e. 10/09/23 from 3:00 AM to 06:00 AM. However, Email, Internet and Applications hosted at Plant-Cloud like Production Reporting System, Lab Analysis Reporting System will be available to all users. Cooperation of all is highly solicited. With Regards, ------------------------ G.Sivashankar DGM (IT Services) Ph: 4884 M-9937294601 ****** Received following message from IT Services, Head Office: ****** A Downtime of 3.0 hours from 3.00 AM to 6.00 AM on 10th Sept '2023 has been planned for applying PSU 19.18 on Legacy Production database at OCI Mumbai. During this period, all Global legacy production applications ( HRMS, e-VIKAS, Plant Dispatch System , POMS, e-procurement, EIS, Saathi Portal, etc ) will not be available to the users. Patching activity will start on 9th Sept, Saturday at 10 PM. Most of the activities will be in rolling fashion i.e., node by node, which will not impact users. However, complete outage will be there during 3:00 AM to 6.00 AM on 10th Sept (Sunday) as mentioned above. However, Oracle EBS, NANO, Plant and JV Production applications will not be affected during this activity. All are requested to communicate to the concerned users of your Units for planning their activities accordingly.
