Circular on Power Shut down inter related water supply stoppage.

It has been planned to take total power shutdown on 02/04/2023 (Sunday) from 09:15 Hrs to 13:00 Hrs to carry out maintenance jobs on switchgear bus-couplers, DC supply system and other control panels which cannot be attended in energised (Power ON) conditions. To carry out this maintenance job, complete power supply shall remain OFF in all the plants, including Port area, cross country conveyors, township, Hospital, non-plant buildings, stores, workshops, F&S, Transportation, time office and administration building etc.. from 09.15 hrs to 13:00 hrs. All residents of township are requested to store adequate water (both drinking and potable water for other use), as during total power shutdown (from 09.15 hrs to 13:00 hrs ) no pump can be run to supply water.
