Software Applications including MIS, DESPATCH, PHAST, EIS, HRMS, PMMS, HME, ERP will remain down tomorrow (Sunday) i.e. 17-Aug-25 from 4:30 AM to 07:00 AM. However, Email, Internet and Applications hosted at Plant-Cloud Server like Production Reporting System, Lab Analysis Reporting System will be available to all users. With Regards, ------------------------ G.Sivashankar DGM (IT Services) Paradeep Unit Ph: 4884 M-9937294601 ****** Received following message from IT Services, Head Office: ****** A Downtime on 17th Aug '2025 Sunday has been planned for applying the Quarterly Infra ExaCS patches with Grid ver.19.27 at Mumbai Datacentre as per the following schedule: From 4.30 AM to 7.00 AM on 17th Aug '2025 Sunday All Business Applications (Plant Dispatch, HRMS, e-VIKAS, EIS, POMS, EBS Production, JV Applications and NANO plant applications) hosted at Mumbai Datacentre will not be available to the users during this period. Patching activity will start on 16th Aug, Saturday at 10:00 PM and will continue for next 14 hours approximately. Most of the activities will be online in rolling fashion i.e., node by node, which will not impact users. However, complete outage will be from 4:30 AM to 7:00 AM on 17th Aug, Sunday as mentioned above. This is with the consent of Director (ITS).
