Guidelines on Formal Attire in Admin Building and Mandatory PPE Compliance in Plant Area

It has been observed that some employees working in Administrative Building / visiting Admin. Building are coming in casual attire such as T-shirts, slippers, etc. All employees are hereby instructed to maintain decorum by wearing proper formal attire when coming to the Administrative Building. Such casual dressing is not appropriate for official settings and must be strictly avoided. Further, all employees working in the Plant premises are reminded that adherence to safety standards is mandatory. Everyone must wear the prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while in the Plant area. This is essential for personal safety as well as for compliance with statutory requirements. All Departmental Heads are requested to ensure strict compliance with these instructions.
