We are pleased to inform you that a Wellness Programme will be organized today (28.04.2025) at 7:00 PM at our Community Center. The session will be conducted in collaboration with Aaranya Wellness, a renowned name in holistic healthcare. The programme will offer exposure to a wide range of wellness practices including Physiotherapy, Acupressure & Sujok, Panchakarma Detoxification, Yoga & Meditation, Zumba & Aerobics, and Homeopathy. Post this informative session, Aaranya Wellness will give therapy session by acupressure & Sujok at IFFCO Recreation Club, Carrom Room from 29.04.2025 till 30.04.2025 from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon & from 5.45 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. We encourage all employees and residents to attend and take a proactive step towards a healthier, happier life.
