Unauthorized Parking in New Admin. Parking Lot

It has been observed that some employees park their personal vehicles (cars/bikes) beyond office hours, including at night and on holidays, in the Administrative Building parking lot which is causing inconvenience to employees to park during office hours. Please be advised that the Administrative Building parking lot is only for vehicle parking during office hours. Management has taken this situation seriously in the interest of security, safety and inconvenience caused to employees. As a result, such practices should be avoided in the future. Vehicles found in violation of official instructions from 29.03.2025 onwards will be towed and stored in free spaces at Township. Please note that management is not liable for any damage that may occur during the towing or impound process. Cooperation of all employees is highly solicited. Regards, K Mohan Rao GM (P&A)
