Please find attached list of employees with details as per EPFO records. Further updating as follows. In reference to our earlier communications regarding the above subject, employees are advised to review their personal details and update any required changes, such as name, father’s name, marital status, and bank account details, at the earliest. Additionally, the KYC for bank account number and IFSC code must be completed by 31/12/2024. The process for KYC & basic detail changes in EPFO records are as under: EPFO Portal - Member UAN/ online Services -- Login ID - UAN – Password – Manage – Basic details changes i.e. Name , fathers name, marital status , KYC – Bank Account No. & IFSC Code entry- Save - Employees are also encouraged to complete their E-Nomination to ensure seamless processing of monthly pensions and other benefits. Employees who have already completed all updates may kindly ignore this notice. Sectional Heads are requested to communicate this information effectively to their respective teams and provide necessary assistance to ensure timely compliance.
