Software Applications hosted at Plant-Cloud Server like Production Reporting System, Lab Analysis Reporting System etc will not be available for 3 hrs from 5.30 AM to 8.30 AM on 17-Nov-2024 (tomorrow). Sivashankar DGM (IT Services) M-9937294601 Ph: 4884 ****** Received following message from IT Services, Head Office: ****** A Downtime of 3 hrs from 5.30 AM to 8.30 AM on 17th Nov '2024 Sunday has been planned for applying the Quarterly Infra ExaCS patches (OEL7 to OEL8 Upgrade) with Grid ver.19.24 at Hyderabad Datacentre. During this period, Local Plant production applications hosted at Hyderabad Datacentre will not be available to the users. Also, all the Non-production/Development database instances will not be available during this period. Patching activity will start on 16th Nov, Saturday at 8:00 PM and will continue for next 14 hours approximately. Most of the activities will be in rolling fashion i.e., node by node, which will not impact end-users. However, complete outage will be there during 5.30 AM to 8.30 AM on 17th Nov (Sunday) as mentioned above. All other Production applications like Legacy Global applications (HRMS, e-VIKAS, Plant Dispatch, POMS, EIS etc) , JV and NANO Production applications hosted at Mumbai Datacentre will NOT be affected during this activity.
